1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 100pluscuci platform — whether through the official website at 100pluscuci.app or the official mobile app — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and 100pluscuci.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and you will be notified via in-platform notifications or your registered email.

2 User Eligibility

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the 100pluscuci platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

7 Prohibited User Conduct

8 Account Closure and Suspension

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, 100pluscuci reserves the right to:

• Forfeiture of all funds in the account;
• Cancellation of all unused bonuses and free credits;

9 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

• Losses or damages arising from technical disruptions beyond our control;

The total liability of 100pluscuci to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the actual deposit amount made by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Terms Amendment and Applicable Law

100pluscuci reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email at least 7 days before the amendments take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation within 30 days. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.
